Will I Receive Tracking? Yes, once purchased you will receive tracking once its available via email

Do you ship outside the USA? No we currently only ship in the United States, but we accept any custom order that is digital.

Can I get a completely customizable design on any product?  Yes, you will need to fill out the form at the bottom of my shop page

What is Mix & Match? This means you can use any design you see in my shop on different products. Please refer to the top section of my shop "Customizable" for product options

*If a design has no background but requires a background for the chosen Mix & Match Product a background that is appropriate for the design will automatically be added. (ex: Christmas rooster design put on a Puzzle)

Refund & Return Policy: I Do Not accept Returns or Refund; If a product comes broken please reach out via email to danielle.pincusdesigns@gmail.com   I will ask for a picture of the broken product and will provide a replacement
